Renewal of Membership‏

Dear Members of SPBS,

You are required to renew your membership particulars now till the 18th May.
How? Here are the instructions. For:

Current Members / Associate Members,
Send us an E-mail or SMS us with your full name.
Let us know if you have changed your Address, Contact number, or E-mail.

Graduating Batch (AY 06/07),
Send us an E-mail or SMS us on whether you wish to renew your membership status to Associate Member.
Let us know if you have changed your Address, Contact number, or E-mail.

OR

Visit us personally at CCA Showcase from 6 May to 8 May at Sports Hall(M7).

OR

Visit us personally at SPBS Clubroom during standard opening hours: Wed (3.30pm - 5:30pm) at Polycenter, Level 2, Room PC-126.

Guidelines for Renewal:

1. Provide us the following:

Name: xxx
*Contact Number: (H) xxx (HP) xxx
*Address / *Mailing Address: xxx

** Membership Status: Do you wish to renew to an Associate Membership? (Yes / No)

Note:
* You will need to provide the details only if you have any changes to the details mentioned.
** For graduating SP students Only.

2. For Renewal through Email:

Put the title of your email as "Renewal of Membership" and e-mail us at spbs.sss@gmail.com.
